How quickly we reply

Enquiries are answered by the BatteryMBA admissions team, not a call centre. We reply to most messages within one working day (Monday to Friday, Central European Time), and within two working days during the final week before a cohort starts, when volumes are highest. If your question is time-sensitive, a payment deadline, an interview slot, or a company purchase order, say so in the first line and we will prioritise it.

What to include in your message

• Applying: your role, company, country and which cohort you are aiming for. If you already applied, the email address you applied with.
• Company or team training: the number of seats, the teams involved, and whether you need a purchase order, pro forma invoice or a private cohort.
• Scholarships: your situation and what you are working on, scholarship decisions are made case by case.
• Payments and invoicing: the name on the application and whether you or your employer is paying.
• Press or partnerships: your outlet or organisation, the angle, and your deadline.
