These Terms govern your use of the BatteryMBA programme and website ("Service") provided by Battery Associates Powering Battery Innovation Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Service or enrolling in the programme you agree to these Terms.

1. The programme

BatteryMBA is a live virtual / online vocational training programme. Programme structure, dates, and content are described on the Service and may be updated from time to time. BatteryMBA is delivered predominantly as live, scheduled instruction. Live lectures, office hours, and case-study sessions take place in real time with instructors and other participants. Recordings are provided as a supplement to the live programme, not as a replacement for it. The programme is not a self-paced course.

2. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not: (a) use it unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) infringe intellectual-property rights; (c) probe, scan or attempt to bypass security; (d) scrape, copy or redistribute course materials; (e) redistribute, repost, resell, publish or otherwise share programme materials, recordings, lecturer content or other participants' contributions outside the programme; or (f) share access credentials with anyone else.

3. Intellectual property

3.1 Our materials

All course materials, lecturer slides and content, recordings, branding, software and documentation are owned by Battery Associates Powering Battery Innovation Limited or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal learning during your enrolment. You may not share them outside the programme.

3.2 Your contributions

By participating in or submitting content to the programme (including live sessions, recordings of your participation, chat and Q&A messages, questions, comments, projects, case studies, slides, documents, code, or other materials you share in connection with the programme), you grant us a licence to use that content as set out in our full Terms & Conditions. Use of your identifiable image, voice, video or detailed personal profile for marketing requires your separate consent through a Release Form. The full terms governing contributions apply once you enrol and are set out in the BatteryMBA Terms & Conditions.

3.3 Recordings

Live sessions are recorded by BatteryMBA as part of the programme. The recordings (including participant audio, video, name and contributions) are owned by Battery Associates Powering Battery Innovation Limited and may be used as set out in the BatteryMBA Terms & Conditions. By joining a live session you accept that sessions are recorded on this basis.

4. Service level

We aim to deliver the programme as scheduled but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Sessions may be rescheduled where reasonably necessary.

5. Payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo handles payment, billing, tax compliance and refunds. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics please refer to Dodo's Terms of Use and our Refund Policy. The full cancellation, credit and refund terms that apply to your enrolment are set out in the BatteryMBA Terms & Conditions accepted at enrolment, which prevail in case of any conflict.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these Terms or our Code of Conduct.

7. Warranties and liability

Information on this site and within the programme materials is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. While we take reasonable care, content may contain errors, omissions or out-of-date information. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to its accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability for any particular purpose, and we accept no liability for any decisions, actions or investments made in reliance on it. You should obtain independent professional advice before acting on any information provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for purpose). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profits, data or goodwill).

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Relationship to the programme Terms & Conditions

These website terms are a summary for prospective participants and govern your use of the website. When you enrol and pay, you enter into the full BatteryMBA Terms & Conditions, which you accept on the learning platform and which govern your participation in the programme. Where anything on this website conflicts with those Terms & Conditions in relation to an enrolled participant, the Terms & Conditions prevail.
